Very rude staff. I was sent home several times due to the braider forgetting my appointment or working on someone else during my scheduled time. Shakina was very nasty to me after making me wait for an hour and then sending me home.

I have been going here for years. Today I requested box braids at 10am. The lady told me to come back at 12pm. I told them I have a wedding that evening and I can’t be late, and it’s fine if they can’t do it. The lady told me that’s fine she will take care of me. I came back at 1210pm prepared to tip her for being late, and the lady was still working on another client. She didn’t finish and take me until almost 1240pm. I went there to get my hair braided and I’m not sure if this was the owner or what but she didn’t seem African more like Haitian, which really doesn’t make a difference but She made fun of my hair because it was short And she did a horrible job the Braids started coming out. It weren’t very tight and she act very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

I tried a couple of places before finding this hair braiding salon and it is where its at. Very professional high-end service, all the braiders are pleasant, and the parts are precise. Let me tell you, I love fresh looking braids and will gladly come for touch ups but I didnt need to. Even after washing they stayed intact as if I just had them done. Highly recommend.
