This is the first year we are not going with this company in 7 years. Rented a house on 45th St. For three years. Each year the rent went up, then last year, we were notified the rent actually doubled because the owner put a bed in a livingroom and the house became a four bedroom house. It's a shame families are being priced out of SIC.
