The Tuckahoe office of Long & Foster houses some of the most informed, helpful, and professional agents in the Richmond area. This office is often said to be the best in the area, and for good reason!
I was the tenant in a property owned by Tim Bowles, an agent at this office, for 3 years. For half of that time, Bowles eluded my continuous request for repairs in the condo. A recurring leak in the ceiling caused major water damage to the ceiling, walls, and hardwood floor. It was impossible to fully enjoy my home because the unsightly water stains, high potential for mold, and constant threat of another leak kept me on edge. I am writing this review about Karen Hawks and Stevie Watson with Long & Foster. I looked at a home they listed April, 2016. Immediately, as soon as I expressed interest and to make a purchase with cash, they said there was another buyer for cash and the other buyer was willing to pay full asking price and pay a lot more.
