All of the reviews are correct. We’ve had a terrible time. Specifically with the realtor Jason who told us he did not want to work with us anymore because we expressed our feelings of not being taken care of how we should have been. Jason never called us first and we constantly had to call him for updates. We actually dropped another realtor for Jason, thinking he was more proactive. Not trustworthy. Arrogant. John Cannon review is false - he is married to broker. They will lie for no reason.
Horrible service. Agent did not keep me informed of progress and decisions. Twice I had to call the office manager after 2 weeks of no contact.
New to South Boston Town. Not impressed by Long and foster. First time met with Lewey compton showed the house then promised to show some more house in the following week but poor follow up. Called multiple times but no call back or reply. so would not recommend him . Another one is Jermy : He definitly can use some more professional training to improve skills. Terrible. Was promised my house would sell soon and it’s been on the market for two years with one measles offer that was WAY below asking price. Scotty doesn’t return my calls until days even weeks later, she’s pretty much stopped taking my calls. These agents don’t even try. They are as aggressive as a bunny rabbit. Pretty much when they get your contract they don’t care, the house will sell itself eventually so why work? Don’t waste your time with them!
