Outsourcing after hour support was a great idea, especially since you guys provide no real support. Rude customer service during business hours when they don’t direct their calls to a call center. I was told over an hour ago maintenance was on the way to unlock the main apartment door. Still sitting in my car in front of the apartment I pay for. Absolutely ridiculous and very rude Shane snoots never gets back to you and when he does he seems to have a attitude they also deny you if you own a husky German shepherd or any dog over 40lbs basically
