I chose Dale based on the positive reviews, but my experience was different. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not clearly explained, and I often had to follow up for updates. While the transaction was ultimately completed, the process was more stressful than I expected. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement in responsiveness, communication, and managing client expectations. SOLD! Don't let Dale's calm, low-key demeanor fool you - he is the consummate professional. He remained focused and available to me as the seller. When a contract fell through, he had an almost identical offer a week later. In this weakening condo market, his success was greatly appreciated.
