I attempted to buy a house represented by an agent from this company. The agent kept giving vague reasons as to why they would not accept the offer, an offer giving them asking price, he even had us rewrite the contract to remove some stipulations, we rewrote the contact as asked they still said no, they asked us to change the financing company and we said OK we will.
