Teri from Long & Foster was incredibly helpful through the process of renting my townhome. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed when I first moved in, but Teri was super responsive to get things worked out in a timely manner.
I own 2 rental properties and have contracted with Long and Foster property management in Clayton for years. I agree with every positive review for the Clayton office. I saw a review that stated they delete their bad reviews, and it’s true! This company has a bad turnover rate. From my four years of staying with this rental company, I went through at least four different property managers. I would get emails asking if I had signed a lease renewal even though I had because they “lost” the record. They even tried to get my roommate to pay another pet fee until she got proof from her bank that she paid it and then they conveniently “found it.” I think this company/location could have a chance... read more
