Dylan Farish Is not professional and has no sense of understanding what referring realtors need. You will refer them a client but they wont note you as the referring realtor. When you question them about it, they do nothing to make things right. I do not recommend sending them any leads. I have clients that complain about the quality of service they receive from property managed under them. As a property owner, I have found the L&F Property Management team to be great. They manage just one of my properties, but they treat me just as well as an owner that has 20 properties. They have been fair, honest, courteous, patient, and responsive 100% of the time. I've used other property managers in the past, and I often felt frustrated in my dealings with them.
