We have used Long and Foster for the past seven years and this is the first time I have written a review for them. Our agent, Cody Cooper, is amazing! He has provided sound advice and kept our home in Smithfield rented and maintained!
They misplaced the pet deposit my roommate put down and tried to get her to pay it again and said her cat wasn’t “approved” even though she had paid them months prior and got the cat approved. After providing proof from her bank they suddenly “found” the payment. We constantly had to call to get people to come out and mow the ground around the apartment complex when it would be overgrown which is sad because as tenants we did our job monthly in paying the rent but they couldn’t even keep up with the grounds unless they were ... read more
