Was lied to about a passing septic inspection. Asked several times for cert. After my offer was accepted and my time limit to make a deposit, which I had to, only then was I provided a failing cert. They have held my deposit for weeks. Wanted to negotiate giving me half back after they lied. Was eventually negotiated to letting them keep a portion, so I could get majority of deposit back. Still waiting for return of deposit. Unethical. Would not recommend to anyone. Much better, more reputable companies around.
