This is the 2nd time I tried to use Century 21 Alliance/Lansdale. Recently, I twice emailed Marino Rocha [July 2014] about 882 Sunset Ln, Telford, Pa. asking for more information on the property. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Wonder if the owners are aware how little this agent seems to care about selling their home? If not.. I live close by... I may just go tell them! Talk about a major disappointment!!! Marino Rocha comes into the picture thru what I think they call a round robin referral program...... There were several issues when weighted as a whole, gave me the opinion I was not represented in my full and best interest............. Here's the short story.......
