If I could give this company zero stars I would. I was in the process of buying a house in Wilmington DE. Matt Lenza of the Matt Lenza Real Estate Team in Media PA was the seller’s realtor and Paul Enderle of Long and Foster Real Estate in Greenville DE was mine. The deal didn’t work out, so I spoke with Paul and requested the return of my earnest money deposit.
