In short - poor management and communication on their end cost us $600/yr We had insurance arranged by L&F (They're just brokers). Our carrier informed L&F who then (mis)communicated to us that there were some issues which needed to be addressed prior to renewal. The L&F reps were impossible to get a response from on clarifying questions, and provided both incomplete and inaccurate information.
