This agency has a property listed, adjacent to my family’s home, which has been allowed to sit for months with grass, weeds, etc...nearly as tall as I am. I am fearful for my son to play outside in our own yard as we have seen multiple varmints and wildlife, which should not be in a residential area. My husband and I made the horrible mistake of listing our home for rent and signing a rental agreement with this company. Our "agent" violated our contract in so many ways it was incredible. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she stated she tried many times to contact the agent to get things straightened out. Actually, she used the term "smooth our ruffled feathers"!
