There was a property that come up for sale near where my husband and I own a house. We contacted our realtor who contacted the realtor of said property. They never got back with her or anything, knowing we were going to look at the property. They then sold to their own client. Therefore they were the buyer and the seller. So unethical! Never trust this agency!
We hired Long & Foster to rent our house, and they provided us a tenant and charged us full month rent ($1000+). Our tenant was friend of an employee in the Long & Foster company. She referred her to us saying she would be a very good tenant. Since the start of the lease the tenant started giving us problems by depositing rent late and eventually not paying at all for months now.
