Know that Long and Foster allows provisional agents to act unsupervised. In my case, my unsupervised provisional agent falsely told me I needed to sign a 6% agency agreement before she could represent me in dual agency. She would not allow me to see the property disclosure statement until I signed her agency agreement, and remained silent when I didn't notice the buyer failed to answer as required by law 2 questions on the property's defects.
