My husband and I are finishing up the process of buying our first home. We had a pretty unique situation. Wendy Swanson ended up helping us with everything, emphasis on “help.” We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help guide us through this process. Josh Oakley at Long & Foster was an incredible resource in helping us buy our first home! He was very quick to show us multiple houses that we wanted to see as soon as they popped up on Zillow and when we found a house we liked he worked late into the night to put all the paperwork together so we could make an offer (key in this market right now because houses are selling so fast!) We will no longer be giving Donna Travis anymore of our business. Period! When we started the process of selling our home, we specifically told her what we wanted and why. After getting halfway through our transaction, a huge mistake was made. Instead of just being honest with us and telling us what happened, she took it upon herself to try to fix things behind the scenes.
