Amanda Carter was very friendly, personable, and down-to-earth when helping my wife and I find a place to rent. Even in the midst of a real estate boom where money for realtors lay in the housing market, she never tried to push any rentals onto us nor talk us into renting something we were unsure about. Amanda was upfront and honest if she noticed any issues with a potential rental that perhaps we had overlooked. My wife and I are definitely planning on working with Amanda in the future when we decide to buy a house.
