Spent almost 7 figures on a house listed by Kristin of L&F. The list of non disclosed and HIDDEN known latent defects is so robust that I have documented I'm only going to list a few. Completely unprofessional! Do not work with Nicole Gentry.
Had Tom Coard that was selling a property we were currently leasing. Harrassed us constantly asking when could we leave and promising us there would be no buyout fee from our lease. After we told him we were looking. The property sold and we were still looking and now that we found something the buyout fee is magically still in place. Since Mr.Coard got his money.. doesn’t mean much to him now. Never told the new homeowner or anything what was going on. Typical bait and switch. Disgusting is all i have to say.
