We signed a contract with Long Fence several years ago for a deck install. At the time of install we received a lifetime warranty for rot, decay and mold. We recently contacted Long Fence for deck repair However, according to the salesperson and office manager, the warranty was only valid for a few of the boards and the rest considered wear and tear . If we wanted the few boards replaced, we would encounter a price from Long Fence for this service. Very disappointing
