At 72, I needed railings for my steps. I also needed a new fence. I had an old rotted wood fence. I had a few companies submit quotes. Long was the only one that could do both projects. Quote was competitive. It was a difficult install trying to find access to the area. The crew found a solution and went to work. Both projects are beautiful. I could not be happier. Steps are easy to get up and my yard is now someplace I would go. Great experience.
Guy who came out to do our quote was super nice, but then we got completely ghosted. Said we’d get the quote “in a few days” and despite multiple follow-ups, we never heard from Long Fence again. Ended up going with Ergeon for our project.
Guys did a fantastic job.
We had an unprofessional experience and will not be working with Long Fence. Anthony came over 2 weeks ago to consult our property in Bethesda MD for a gate installation and has since ghosted us. 1 week after the consultation we had not heard anything, so I left Anthony a voicemail, which he never responded to. 2 days later HQ sent us to his manager, who also never responded to a voicemail.
