I really enjoyed working with Long Fence. Every person was very professional and helpful.
Long Fence did an excellent job. I had them replace a small deck/steps from the main deck. The staff was very nice and very professional. The finished product was beautiful. I would recommend Long Fence very highly. They are a company you can depend on.
Had to replace my wooden gate that had deteriorate over the years.
The sales experience was great, and I felt excited about what I purchased. However, the waiting time was WAY longer than expected. I was told 4-6 weeks, and it was 3+ months! Worse, during this waiting period, it was really hard to get ahold of anyone for an update. Finally, when the fence was installed, the installer questioned whether we had the right materials and measurements, making for a stressful installation day.
