I started treatment in the fourth grade. I had braces twice, multiple retainers, and surgery in order to pull teeth. Dr. Long likes to move quickly so expect pain. I would not recommend Dr. Long because when I lost my retainers, the staff made no effort to squeeze me in for an emergency appt. even though I had just got my braces off. Consequently my bottom teeth moved back to their normal positions after two sets of braces in three weeks. That would not have happened if Dr. Long had placed permanent retainers in my mouth. Dr. Long evaluated and treated me when I was 18 years old. I had a big overbite problem. She was very caring and helpful. Thanks to her I have gained confidence and now have a healthy smile.
Awesome bedside manner !!!! Dr Long was recommended by a previous orthodonist when my daughter moved to Austin.
My daughter has gone to Dr. Long since she was very little. Her treatment has been outstanding. Great staff, extraordinary extras, very capable orthodontist. We love going to her appointments! I had braces for 4 years so I constantly marvel at how different Dr. Long's office is compared to the experience I had. I hated braces and the whole deal while my daughter loves them! (She also had a "butterfly" appliance.) We even drive pretty far to go to Dr. Long. She's worth it.
Very personalble and skilled. Able to handle complicated teeth/jaw problems.
Ive been going there since i was in 3rd grade. been through soooo many phases and stuff. they are awsome!! i wouldnt recomend anyone else. Theseare the best! Dylan Braun
