Funny how this company has good reviews! I had scheduled for a quote that NEVER happened because their scheduler was incompetent, didn't listen or ask for confirmations on address or correct phone number to be used in case of any issues!! Nancy was her name and was extremely unprofessional definitely doesnt sound like she knows her job or how to deal with customers, called left messages and no call back! First impression is everything....beware people!
If I can rate this company a 0, I would. They are difficult to reach by phone, and do not follow-up with you after an email or voice message. The owner of the company came to my home, and even he did not respond to my email with my estimate, even after leaving two voice messages. I'm very displeased.
Most of these ratings look suspicious. Only two ratings are from people who have had work done by Long Creek and actually speak to the work that was done. Of the others, two are from people outside of Maryland (CA and FL) and all of the other people are from Guatemala. Makes me wonder if Long Creek just requested friends and/or family to post on their page with a high rating to get their overall rating up.
