The experience I had with Long Cadillac was exceptional. Trista had all the paperwork prearranged and ready for me to sign when I arrived. He also helped me through every step of the way with setting up my new Escalade V. Even got me an inspection sticker the same day. Thank you so much Long Cadillac. I am extremely disappointed with the way this Cadillac dealership has handled my vehicle and my complaint. I own a Cadillac LYRIQ and chose this service department primarily because it is conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, that convenience has turned into an ongoing frustration.
