Overpriced cars that don’t have clean carfaxes. They definitely don’t care about market pricing and will throw out any random excuse in the book to try and justify their price.
Level of service is absolutely exceptional.
From my initial online conversation with Tohm to the in person meeting and test drive with Luke I have to give Long Cadillac 5 stars for customer service. They never pressured us and listened carefully to our concerns. I highly recommend Long Cadillac. They really made us feel like family.
