The reason they have high ratings on their independent surveys is because they leave this loophole in their P&S allowing them to just tell people that they know are unhappy with some things the house isn’t ready and they can just send their deposit back with no recourse... We wasted almost six months and planned our lives around this purchase just for them to refuse an extension beyond the 45 days. So disgusted at how we were treated the last two months. Most of the process with Long Built Homes was great - they make you feel as though you are the center of their attention when you are planning your home and choosing details... Our experience with Long Built was wonderful, from start to finish. The attention to detail, constant communication, and dedication to ensuring we understood every aspect of the build is evident in how they conduct business. Not only did we close on the targeted date, but every milestone was met on time along the way. We are so happy with the quality of our home, it's absolutely perfect. This could not have been a better experience for being first time builders.

We have been in our home for just about a year now and couldn’t be happier. We love the neighborhood, long built has been by our side the entire first year and Gordon is wonderful to work with. Matt has been great from the beginning stages of planning even up until now. We are excited to see the rest of our neighborhood come together!
