Hello, This place is the best dentistry I have ever been to. Darlene always makes sure you are taken care of. She makes sure you are getting all the benefits insured or not. If you need to understand it, GO TO DARLENE! I am not kidding. I used to fear the dentist 1) because of how much they charge 2) the pain 3) the added bill for all the extras. Not this place. Darlene hooks it up! If you do not believe me. Try them for yourself.
After many years of loyal service to them, they randomly started discreetly billing my insurance under a line item code of D1330 which gets billed to me. The name of this code is "Oral Hygiene Instructions". This is IN ADDITION to my normal oral examination costs. These charges were not always on my bill, they recently started appearing. I called the main office to have these removed and they had absolutely no explanation as to why they are there or even knew what they were.
