While they weren't able to service me directly, the man I spoke to on the phone was very personable and gave me very helpful advices on how to get my problem resolved. Would hire them if they were available in the future.

The receptionist was nice,the manager had no manners,no respect and no eye contact when addressing you. Customer service zero = Quality Zero
Can't tell you now but they must be doing something good to be in business for so long. Got the roof installed by them 20 years ago. Asphalt shingles. Still holding.
