Wonderful and kind
I've had lots of great care and treatment at Memorial and I'm very grateful they live in my town!!
This is by far the best hospital in the Long Beach/Orange County area. As an added bonus, it is part of MemorialCare Health System, which is a not-for-profit organization that operates numerous facilities throughout Southern California. I gave birth to both of my children here (in 2004 and 2009) and recently had to have another surgical procedure that required a three day post-operative stay. Long Beach Memorial was wonderful while our daughter was a patient there in 2012. The doctors like Dr. Kurzweil, Dr. Hajalilu and Dr. Vasallie were awesome. In the rehab dept. all the nurses were very attentive to all our daughter's needs. As far as the folks in Physical Therapy David and his team made her rehabilitation so much quicker and put her on the road to recovery and walking again. I just can't sing the LBM praises enough because of their commitment our daughter is alive and able to walk after her horrific accident.... read more
