I went into maternity to go visit my nephew had his first child which was my great-niece the security was rude and the nurse was very rude I only stayed for two minutes because the nurse rush me out
Got turned around looking for the right lab, but everyone was really nice and helped me out. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and eager to help. The SG though sent me out the wrong exit and I had to walk around the whole hospital to get to my car. I should've just followed the lab lady direction on that one.
I loved it always have great nurses and Doctors..all always will come back...me and our family...thankyou LongBeach Memorial.for all your attentions.

LBMH is mine and my families hospital for sure.. My daughter was born there and so were my two grandsons.. I would say about 8 out of 10 nurse's there are polite, courteous and respectful.. Same with the doctor's.. BUT, I think it's a great hospital and wouldn't go anywhere else if I didn't have too...

Always good at Memorial. Little upset no help for me,on a walker and at main Information desk told that our love one was in 119 in rehabilitation. They could see I had walk from parking lot and was struggling. The clerk asked if I need a wheelchair, I said they would help,security was rude and said they were short staff however I had just pust security standing around talking. Not happy to turn around and walk all the way to rehabilitation building. Could have been a safty issue.
I hate that place me and my kids where in a car accident they didn't do no x-rays on us and we were there 8 hours.
I love this place. My daughter was born here and we are here once a week. She was born here with birth defects so this is our home away from home. Since my aorta ruptured there in 2015, this is home away from home for bth of us
