I had a wonderful experience Great service. I didn't have to wait
We had a horrible experience at this hospital. We were brought in by ambulance for my daughter. The RN Jerry was AWESOME and her tech Katie was also great. The ER doctor had no concern for my daughters condition and completely disregarded that I am a doctor myself. She ran some basic tests, refused to consult peds and discharged us in a heartbeat. The RN tried to tell her that my daughter's heart rate kept dropping, but she made no mention to us about our concerns and sent us on our way. I was told for budget reason they do ... read more
Walked in mom wasn't fed, had her sugar level to high, they were going to put her insulin with empty stomach. Asked why the nurse had no answer why! Had to go keep asking why couldn't the bring a sample cottage cheese, she said kitchen was close, they were making it. Not a good escuse.
Clean and the nurses are very attentive. I always know my mom is in good hands.
My dad is right now in 745a .... I love the west wing nurses.... Kevin he is great... Love how they call me 1st if anything happens or if the need to give more meds than uasal..... Cuz my dad can be a hand full.... Thanks again for the love and support u showe the families while we stay with our loved ones
I give them 4 stars because both times I've been there once with my son who was having a severe allergic reaction and last night with me, when I was having such horrible muscle spasms that I could not move my neck at all without crying from excruciating pain. Well both times they took us in right away had a room in less than 45 minutes. Both times made us both feel better and went home with prescriptions.
