We were reluctant to visit this facility, but unfortunately, our 8-month-old child had a medical scare. Although the staff was generally courteous, the environment appeared unclean for a hospital. Eight days post-visit, our child developed an MRSA infection on her buttocks, which we believe may have been contracted due to the temperature-taking procedure. I strongly advise against recommending this facility. Furthermore, one of the nurses demonstrated incompetence with the IV machine, raising concerns about her expertise.
My dad came to the er and was seen for only 3 hours only to be sent home he had really bad stomach pain. I brought him back to the er the next day and waited 6 hours till he got a room. I asked the front desk how many patients were ahead of him and she couldn’t tell me because it went based on how severe the case was. But she remembered my dad. My brother had 2 heart surgeries. Thank God they send to the hospital. Doctors and nurses were beautiful awesomely wonderful with my brother Mario. My brother is a Miracle hw is walking. Thank you to all the Doctors and nurses.
07/2025 Update: avoid this hospital at all costs. Because of their lack of care and treatment, my torn ACL went from a standard procedure, to now I’m still struggling to walk and haven’t been cleared for surgery. They had the technology to give me an MRI but didn’t. Completely incompetent staff and I’d advise you seek help from any other location if possible. 05/2025: I had an accident and was seen at this hospital.
