Very good customer service. When I had problems with my brakes they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it and I didn't even buy my car from them. It was purchased at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos.
Long Beach Honda Dealership I had dealt with the Long Beach Honda dealership a few years ago when I was shopping for my Honda vehicle. I had actually contacted several dealerships to compare prices. This one is conveniently located just a short distance from the freeway and they have a pretty good collection of vehicles on their lot. The sales staff are okay, not too pushy. They were willing to work with me over the phone to get me a price but their prices were not competitive enough for me.
