Having reliable and well-trained technicians is very important in a garage door company. I believe the company of these technicians I hired are very proud to have such workers. They arrive on time and do they work well. Hence, whenever I hire them for garage door maintenance they were able to finish it on time. It was exceptional garage door service indeed.
They were running late, final price ended up much more than quote, and they left a big mess behind too. Wont be using again.
Point blank: Just awful and Annoying...would not refer their residential services to my worst enemy after seeing how they work.
The work on our garage doors was fine but the owner s son was completely disrespectful and rude! It was unacceptable and I would not recommend them for that reason.
The absolute worst. NEVER use this company. I don t even want to give them a star. They did not deliver what they promised. They botched the installation and refused to correct unless we paid additional money. No customer service. By far the worst company we have ever dealt with.Update; The owner did contact me recently and apologized for our experience. He offered to service the garage door for free if needed. I give him credit for trying to turn things around. Hope it gets better under his leadership.
I called because we had work done on the yard and when they left the gate no longer worked. Star s service fee was the cheapest around. But, when I asked for their business license the receptionist refused to give it to me, saying it was on the paperwork. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Received an estimate from them on locks for a security door, but it was crazy. decided to go with another company that specialized in security doors.
I called a couple of days ago to get a key ...what a mistake ! the owner there is a complete jerk . his keys are way overpriced and he has a great animosity towards hardware stores and went on this tirade about them and how they cut into his business if it were up to him only locksmiths should cut keys. well maybe if you lowered your prices to compete .you might get more business for a key blank that cost pennies
