Turned my clothes in on a Monday. Was notified clothes would be ready Thursday. Showed up on designated date around 3p, my clothes were not ready. They eventually found them in the back and threw them together. I'd like to first say that I've been coming here for about 4 years every month and half having them do my fluff n fold and for the past 3 years was completely happy with the service, they were quick, sometimes even a day turn around without asking and they used unscented products and things were folded and handled so nicely. New owners have ruined the service at this place. Any visit will take you 20 minutes, and that's just for them to look and tell you your clothes aren't here yet after 4 days. No apology, like it's the usual. High prices, slow service and a dry cleaner that takes over a week to dry simple shirts. Used to be my neighborhood place, not anymore.
