They saw me when I was having wisdom tooth pain despite literally only stopping by their office mid vacation. They took me in same day with no insurance and with little info had much sympathy for my situation. They treated me well and prescribed me pain management and instructed me on how to deal with oral hygiene at that time. They referred me to a great oral surgeon to do my tricky surgery and a great orthodontist to correct my overcrowded teeth. Very outdated, we went through a referral and was very disappointed in that they were more interested in what they would profit from the insurance than caring for a patient. Ww pretty much got talked out of going back by the receptionist because we were paying out of pocket, and they wouldn't make as much money as they could from an insured patient. Apparently, she would have to do more work to get less pay from the insurance, and money paid out of pocket wasn't worth it to them.
