Always do an amazing job! They are the friendliest staff and most professional vet in the Charlotte area.
The facility itself is large and well-maintained. The front desk wasn't especially warm, but check-in was quick and it was early (8:30am). When I booked the appointment, I made sure to mention that he's an older, asthmatic cat. I would have expected that information to prompt a few more questions — about his temperament, how he handles, whether sedation might be needed — so the visit could be planned accordingly.
