Long and Foster is AWFUL. Not only had our agent clearly never been inside the condo building he was showing us, he was unable to answer a single one of our questions (none of which were rocket science.. we asked him about the pet policy, parking policy, and condo amenities) but his lack of knowledge of the complex's parking policy led to my boyfriend's CAR BEING TOWED.
