So happy to have cold air again! Needed a complete system (my old one was 22 yrs.) and after getting 4 quotes we decided to go with Long Air. Very professional and to the point, answered all questions/texts right away, communicated at all times and VERY reasonable price. No sales fluff or triple discounts at the end to make it look like a good deal. They delivered and I am more than happy!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Our ac went out in some extreme heat. He was at my house within hours of my call-diagnosed the problem, repaired it and done in about 15 minutes! Very reasonable cost! Honest and courteous. He's my new 'go to' guy for all my heating and cooling needs.

I'd give him a negative if possible. came out in the middle of the summer to do an annual ac check. told me that the ac was leaking and that we should wait to see how bad it is????? guess i wasnt thinking why would we wait on a 2 year old ac. ended up calling another company and they told me to call original installer and have coils replaced> done, no charge. who would use somebody like this?

Exceptional service and very professional! They provided quick service at very affordable prices and take pride in their work. I purchased a new A/C unit for both the inside and outside of my home and it works like a champ - I couldn't be happier!! I have already recommended them to my co-workers.
