I moved here recently and have been dealing with hip pain for several months but with the move it got worse and also involved my back. I was recommended to Dr. Long by a friend. I was recommended by my Dermotilogist to try Accupuncture for an itchy back, possibly caused by a pinched nerve. Knowing very little about acupuncture, I was skeptical. Dr. Long is professional, caring, and straightforward about both the treatments and home care. Working together we have seen great progress already in my skin in just a few sessions! She is gentle and kind and honestly a healer at heart! I highly recommend her!
Dr. Long is the best therapist I've ever had. She is gentle, but effective in relieving my neck and shoulder pain, and the exercises she suggests are effective too. I appreciate that she doesn't just tell me to stop exercising, but suggests adaptations.
I have known Dr. Long for 25 years, when I first became her patient. I am a retired chiropractor, so consider myself qualified to judge professional competence, and Dr. Long has always displayed a high standard of care and compassion. I highly recommend her.
