0 Stars! - Except for a rather nostalgic setting (circa 1960s) this place is an absolute rip-off and “money first” - NOT customer service - kinda of place. Hit my bank twice during the ‘deposit’ phase and argued with me when I insisted the second ‘hit’ be refunded then effectively refused to check me in until the cost for both nights were fully reconciled in advance! Do not stay here. Shower didn’t work, mold on the a/c unit ... not a 24 hr property either, so better check-in by 11pm or they will be closed

Great view of river. Very quiet place to take a vacation. Very close to the beach without all the traffic and noise.
Even though we’re right off Rt 50, it is so peaceful & beautiful! The little creek is gorgeous and I felt so welcome at checkin. The bed is comfy & showers nice and hot! Plus great price. It would be terrific for kids.

We had a Great time!! Rooms were spacious and clean. Great area in the back w used our fire pit. The kids used kayaks and caught fish shrimp and crab. Owners were very nice. Overall a great experience!!!
My family and I stayed for the week, and we couldn’t have been happier. The grounds are beautiful and the Cooks were amazing. If you’re looking for that cozy, feels like home place, go check it out. We will be back!
Room was extremely small..T.V. did not work...they couldn’t find our name when we checked in, yet had credit card info ..and to top it off housecleaner threw away a bag that had clothes in it! Worse experience I have ever had !
