Eric and all the folks at the parts counter were more than helpful. I drive down from the Mansfield Texas area just to get my parts from Freightliner of Waco. Night and day compared to visiting Dallas or Fort Worth stores. Much quicker and customer interaction is awesome.
Brought my truck in for air compressor Friday morning they didn't have the part took till Wednesday to get it then I find out they broke a coolant line that didn't get here till Thursday I arrived at 2pm my truck is outside and I am still waiting for them to test drive and complete the paperwork to get my truck back and I am only being told that it will be ready between 4.30 and 5pm today by the we really don't care adtuide people at the counter who just want to all the money possible for the warranty work
