RecommendedGreat people. They got me in quickly, especially since I just drove in. Very fair rates and got me out when they said they would. I would recommend Lonestar Shreveport to anyone.
We purchased a clutch for a freightliner semi at this location. When the clutch was installed it did not work, it had some kind of factory defect. We attempted to return the part after several attempts, we installed a different clutch. However the customer service was horrible.They would not refund the part, they stated because it was installed they could do nothing but an exchange. We were without AC in our Freightliner/dynamax RV and it was terrible. When we pulled into Lonestar it was 94 in the cab area. Chris Buhrer, service advisor, told us to come back first thing in the morning. Jim Carter, service manager, assured us that they would do everything possible to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. The truck breaks down, bad timing & all dealerships are over priced - that is what it is; but all the staff here we encountered were friendly & the manager, Jim was awesome.
