Working with Lonestar was a great decision and I must say that they provided outstanding service! They did everything that they promised they would. They actually got me out of a costly and unnecessary time share commitment that has been a burden of mine for over 20 years, in a timely manner and on budget. Very nice people providing a necessary and much appreciated service for a very reasonable fee. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, Lonestar Transfer was unable to cancel our Hyatt Vacation Club timeshare. Long story. However, I am giving Lonestar high marks because the fee we paid to them was fully refunded without any hassles since we are now past the guaranteed resolution timeframe. I appreciated Beth for making that happen on a 5-minute phone call without any issues. I expected a fight and am very happy not to have had one! Shame on Hyatt, though. So lame!
