They never have enough people there. I have went on two Saturdays now only to find one nail tech there. With a 1 hour wait time . I have never been able to get my toes and nails done same day without being there for fours hours or more because of the ridiculous understaffing…. I almost believe this front business because they don’t even attempt to run the business like they care …. I just stopped going at this point
Yesterday Saturday I was waiting literally for 5 hours !! When I walked in she said 30 mins which actually was like 45-50mins then she was soaking of my nails , then the guy was shaping my nails and everything so she can do the design, I literally waited for her for 2 hours plus , and the guy already began so I just couldn't leave . Amy is always a delight! We use her services for eyebrow waxing we always ask for a clean up something simple Any delivers! Highly recommend have been coming here for over a decade!
Affordable, clean and polite service. I drop in so may have to wait sometime, but I'm never in a hurry when I go.
I have never had a nicer mani/pedi. It did not feel rushed and there was actual attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and will be back if I’m ever in the area.
