This has been the worst car and business experience of my life. I purchased a car from Lonestar Motorcars LLC in 2017 and traded it in recently. I have been paying for GAP insurance and an extended warranty that was rolled into my loan. After the trade-in, I called Lonestar to inquire about my pro-rated refund for both warranties. They told me they are not responsible for the refund and told me to call the company that financed the car.
