Absolute nightmare of a contractor. Shoddy workmanship, messy job site. I felt like there was not one good thing that happened during the course of the experience. Paid him the first half of the money, didn't see him for 5 months. His crew are not very skilled and I had to take time off of work to run quality control, and my standards are by no means exacting.
