Horrible customer service. Quick to take your money, slow to get you the product. Unhelpful and unwilling to make things right when their own people order the wrong items.
Just another electrical contractor here. When I need material for a project I know Lonestar has it. When I need my order to be taken and delivered with confidence, I deal with Steven. Do yourself a favor and ask for Steven.
I’m an electrical contractor from Houston but I’ve been using Steven here at the San Antonio branch and he has been great! I will call in a will call order and 30 minutes later I swing by to pick it up and it’s ready. Steven will personally go and pick the order himself to make sure the orders are ready. He has been a pleasure to work with for the past 6 months and I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a counter sales guy!
