For anyone looking to move here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I encourage you to look elsewhere. The HOA here steals your money and the neighborhood while happily tell you it's true. There are no amenities for the amount we pay. The will tell you what your HOA is at signing but will add charges like a $270 fence fee that NO ONE in the neighborhood has signed for at closing. There's sewage and waste plants (Southwaste disposal and SAWS sewage) 1-2 miles away from these communities. The smell fills the air early in the mornings and at night. It's horrible and will make your house stink.
Great community! Love that the builder kept a lot of mature trees.
