I have been dealing with them for years and they have never let me down. I'm happy with them not only for the price of weapons but the ammo as well. Bought several times and they have always been great. I'll be dealing with them here in the next few weeks for another weapon and I'm sure they will do my best service.

knowledgeable but NOT helpful Lone Wolf is a fire arms dealer that accepts transfers. It is located next to the Sprouts Farmers Market on 51st and Peoria in Glendale. Their weapon prices are outrageous, but ammo prices are good. Decent selection of weapons, ammo, accessories. You have to know what you are looking for, since they are not very helpful. They do not embrace any proactive selling techniques - you have to constantly engage them in conversation, otherwise you get ridiculously bad customer service. My husband bought... read more

Hi I know Lone wolf for the last 6 yrs.I bought 3 arms with them and I have very nice customer service 2 of my guns have factory problems and Ken.Mike, Michelle and the owner all give me nice time with my problems them send back my guns and fix my problems.I think is depend how you approx or ask for help.Take time I think is just talk when you received a bad service or say thanks when is the opposite,sorry for my English,thanks lone wolf for you great service . good luck next time when you back.Try again.tony

Worst gun shop in town – Everytime I go in there I feel like I am stupid. I can't get any help unless I'm the only one in the store. They sound as if they would sell a gun to anyone. I know they would have to the Tucson Shooter. There is a girl there that acts like she knows everything thing but if you check out what she has to say it came from a magazine or off the net. She is very rude to boot. Take you business down the road to Randells. Great service and they care about thier customers.

i guess they close at 7:30 – I called ahead of time to see when they closed, they said eight. When I got there at 7:25 they had everything put away. As I even just asked about a brand but they just told me they didn't carry that model. I walked around for ten more seconds then figured they were trying to tell me to leave so they can go home. In conclusion I guess they don't care about customers or their business.

Overpriced and the WORST customer service in Phoenix. – I have been here several times, dating back to when they were in their old building by Circle K. The one purchase I did make there involved less than 5 words spoken to me by the "salesperson", and I ended up paying roughly $75 more than other stores that had the same item listed, but were out of stock.
