Waited for an hour and a half past the appointment time in the lobby. Payment required up front without knowing we had a payment due and were not told in advance.

I would avoid Dr Trainor he gave me the worst back injections I have ever had. They promised sedation but failed & left me screaming during the procedure. The anesthesiologist calculated wrong dose. It was a nightmare-
Waiting for two hours before the patient is taken back only to wait for another hour is ridiculous.
